These terms are an agreement between you and HavuProxy (“we”, “us”). They apply to our website, your account and the proxy service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. Please read them together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.
- Give us accurate details, including a working email address, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and proxy credentials private. You are responsible for everything done with your account and credentials, including by anyone you share them with.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
- If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
We sell access to residential, datacenter and mobile proxy networks, billed by the gigabyte of bandwidth you use. Some of the networks are run with partners. You can choose locations and session types in your dashboard where a plan supports them.
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we can’t promise the service will always be available, error-free or able to reach every website. Maintenance, partner outages and blocking by target sites can affect it. We may change, add or remove features, locations or proxy types over time.
We may offer a free trial. We can limit trials, for example to one per person, and change or end them at any time.
Balance, prices and payment
- The service runs on a prepaid balance in US dollars. You add funds with the payment methods shown in your dashboard, such as cryptocurrency or a redeem code, and buy bandwidth from that balance.
- The price per GB is shown before you buy. Price changes don’t affect bandwidth you have already bought.
- Bandwidth you have bought does not expire while your account stays open.
- Your balance and redeem codes have no cash value, can’t be transferred to another account and can only be spent on our service.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases.
- Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
How you may use the service
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and every law that applies to you and to the websites you access. You are responsible for the requests you send through our proxies, including following the terms of the websites you visit and data protection law when you collect information.
You may not resell, sublicense or share access to the service unless we agree to it in writing.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we’re required to by law, or if your use puts the service, our partners or other people at risk. Where it’s reasonable and allowed, we’ll tell you why first.
You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@havuproxy.com.
Our content and brand
The website, dashboard, software and HavuProxy brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them apart from using the service as described here.
Disclaimers and liability
Apart from what these terms say, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or blocked accounts on other websites. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.
Your responsibility for claims
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the service or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also email you before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where HavuProxy is established. Disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring them locally.
